In response to the on-going coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we wanted to reassure our customers that we are open and operating as normal.

During these challenging times we recognise the importance of our role in ensuring the fleets of the UK keep moving, as they work around the clock to meet unprecedented demand for food and essential supplies. Our phone lines remain fully staffed and our engineers are still on the road and hard at work, providing our customers the level of support and back-up they need.

The health and well-being of our staff is a top priority throughout this health crisis and we are committed to being a responsible employer to mitigate the risk and spread of the virus. As a result, we have taken additional health and safety measures for our field staff and implemented working from home for roles where this is possible.
