Electronic Brake Performance Monitoring System (EBPMS^®)

Road transport is a highly competitive business; caution must be used when considering capital expenditure or any ongoing liability. However, consider the reduction in downtime across a fleet of trailers if they could avoid the need to be Roller Brake Tested, (a test considered by many to be flawed).

AXSCEND has developed its Electronic Brake Performance Monitoring System (EBPMS^®) in response to specific guidelines introduced by the DVSA in 2014. EBPMS^® reduces the burden associated with frequent laden Roller Brake Testing, since those testings are no longer needed with TrailerMaster^® installed.

TrailerMaster^® EBPMS^® has been validated by Dr. Colin Ross, a well known commercial vehicle braking expert. Tyre Pressure Monitoring System TPMS

Whether caused by soft tyres, binding brakes or bearing problems, TrailerMaster^® can give an alert long before overheating becomes critical. Fuel use increases dramatically if tyres are under-inflated, so maintaining correct pressures is really important.
