TrailerMaster® consists of selectable hardware components – depending on your needs and budget- paired with electrical and electronical components and easily makes your fleet and trailer smart.
TrailerMaster® hardware is easily installed and replaces complex or often unreliable wiring and allows you to expand to auxillary systems.
The Junction Box offers
· ISO1185, ISO3731 or ISO12098 Circuit distribution
· Integrated flashing side marker circuit to comply with new side marker lighting regulations (UNECE Reg 48-06, rev 12)
Telematics can be installed in minutes using just 4 screws. The Junction Box provides a mechanical and electrical interface for the TrailerMaster® Connect and a connectivity which allows the distribution of the auxiliary power supply, stop lamp backup and CANbus from the trailer’s Electronic Braking System (EBS) as well as connectivity for other auxiliary devices.
An RS232 connection allows for data collection from RS232- enabled equipment.

The TrailerMaster® Connect is the heart to your smart trailer and in conjunction with a junction box or a function box it offers technologies that help you manage your fleet more efficiently.

The TrailerMaster® Connect unit is installed simply onto a TrailerMaster® Junction Box or TrailerMaster® Function Box with four cap screws.
This elegant installation solution will allow you to respond quickly and easily to operational challenges. It will assist you in maintaining delivery of Best in Class Transport Solutions, without necessarily having to invest in telematics equipment for the entire trailer fleet.
The GNSS receiver, a concurrent GPS and GLONASS positioning employed in the TrailerMaster Connect offer reliable geo-location of trailers.
Our radio transceiver technology allows to monitor sensors that use the 433 Mhz frequency. Axscend has already used this feature to provide Tyre Pressure Monitoring for a major UK transport operator.
Bluetooth will open up more features with the development of smartphone apps. In the first instance this technology will replace the need to fit Info Centre type devices, reducing the initial trailer cost.
In conjunction with the Function Box, the system will report lighting faults, reducing downtime and providing protection for an operator against roadside prohibitions.
